Do you have curbside drop-off for returns?
No. All Returns will be done in-store according to our return policy.
Returns
If one of the products you receive fails to live up to reasonable expectations, does not fit, or you just didn't like it as much as you thought you would, and is NOT a Discounted or Final Sale item, return unworn items within 14 days (December 31st, 2024, for Holiday Gifts), and we will gladly refund or exchange (or in some cases repair) the item. You can request a refund, exchange or gift card for your purchase via email or phone. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sale Items
Any discounted items purchased can be exchanged only within 14 days of the original purchase date. You are responsible for all subsequent return shipping charges. You can request an exchange via email or phone.
Any items purchased at 50% OFF or more are FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the process of a return or have any questions regarding returns, you can contact us at churchills-crossings@rogers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number, will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to arrange for the payment of shipping and the actual shipping of the returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as undergarments). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Canada Goose Items
Any damages or defects discovered on Canada Goose items purchased in-store or online are subject to the terms of the Canada Goose Warranty Policy and are not eligible for return or exchange. Canada Goose items can only be exchanged and must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all the Canada Goose tags and labels attached to the items.
